Real Madrid had a surprise visitor at their training session in Riyadh today. Carlo Ancelotti’s squad is gearing up for their Spanish Supercopa final against Barcelona this weekend, as he aims for a first title of the 2022/23 season.
The majority of Ancelotti’s players practised at Riyadh’s Al Nassr complex, and new signing Cristiano Ronaldo paid a surprise visit to greet his former teammates.

After his exit from the 2022 World Cup, Ronaldo trained at Real Madrid Sport City while the final details of his transfer to Al Nassr were being wrapped up.
Although, due to a two-game suspension carried over from his tenure at Manchester United, Ronaldo has not yet made his debut for Al Nassr in 2023, he is still training with his new team.
Ancelotti and his players received the former Los Blancos superstar positively as they continued their preparations to face their El Clasico rivals, Barcelona, on January 15th.
