Real Madrid, Bayer Leverkusen, and Iker Bravo himself appear to have settled their ongoing mini saga, which has lasted the better part of a week and a half. The teenage Spanish striker will soon be joining Real Madrid.
There has been a reported agreement made between Real Madrid and Bayer Leverkusen for the sale of Bravo, according to a report by Marca. Bravo, who preferred to play for Real Madrid rather than Atletico Madrid (the other club in hot pursuit). The final hurdle was overcome when an agreement that suited Leverkusen financially was reached.
According to Marca’s report, the transaction will consist of a one-year loan with a purchase option. Bravo will put in a lot of work for Castilla this season in the hopes of earning a permanent contract with the club at the end of the year.
This agreement has not yet been signed, but it is expected to be finished by the end of the week.
